From Seed to Slice: Capturing the Journey of Our Watermelon Harvest
Our watermelon production journey began on October 7, 2024, with land clearing, followed by plowing on October 15. Planting seeds commenced on November 8, 2024, and after months of care, we celebrated the start of our harvest on January 17, 2025.
